Dr Yan Zong

Yan received his B.Eng. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 2016 and his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering in 2020, both from Northumbria University, U.K. He is currently an Assistant Professor at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China. He previously held a research fellow position at Cranfield University, U.K. (2021–2022).

His research interests cut across several disciplines, including communications, control and AI, with applications in cell-free massive MIMO systems, aerial swarms and air traffic networks.
